Understanding The System
The Wade Worx system is built around a simple idea: keep your tippet organized, accessible, and easy to manage on the water.
Each cassette holds a single tippet spool. Multiple cassettes can be stacked together to create the setup that works best for you. Run a single spool, a trio, or a full guide configuration depending on the type of fishing you’re doing.
Because the system is modular, anglers can mix and match different spool sizes and brands within the same setup. As long as the spool fits within the supported dimensions, it can be used in the system.
This flexible design allows you to carry exactly the tippet you need without extra clutter, making it easier to stay organized and focused on fishing.

Step 1
Load Your Spools
Insert your preferred tippet spools into each cassette. The Wade Worx system is designed to support most slim-profile trout spools with a maximum diameter of 70 mm (2.75 in) and a spool width between 7 mm and 12 mm (0.28 – 0.47 in).
Because the system is brand-agnostic, anglers can mix different spool brands and sizes within the same setup as long as they fall within these dimensions.

Each cassette holds a single spool and can be stacked together to create the configuration that fits your fishing style.
Run a lightweight single cassette, a compact trio, or build a full guide setup depending on how much tippet you want to carry. The modular design allows you to combine multiple spool sizes and brands into one clean system.

Default Configurations
Solo
A lightweight setup for anglers who prefer to travel light. The Solo configuration is ideal when you only need one or two tippet sizes and want the most compact option possible.
Trio
The most versatile configuration for everyday fishing. The Trio system carries multiple tippet sizes while remaining compact and easy to manage on the water.
Guide
Built for anglers who want the full range of tippet options in one organized system. The Guide configuration is ideal for guides, advanced anglers, or anyone who wants maximum flexibility on the water.

The Wade Worx Guide Cassette System organizes six spools into a compact modular stack built for guides and serious anglers.
By combining clever mechanical geometry with extra-strong magnets, the system keeps each spool secure while allowing smooth access when changing rigs or adjusting to conditions.
With six stackable Solo Cassettes working together, the Guide configuration provides fast access to a full range of tippet sizes while maintaining a clean, efficient setup.

Launch Notice
The Wade Worx Trio Cassette system is currently available for early production backorder as part of our first manufacturing run.
Shipping is expected to begin in May 2026, though exact fulfillment dates may vary as production ramps up. Customers will receive updates as manufacturing progresses and orders will ship in the order they are received.
Please note that final production units may vary slightly from the images shown as we complete the transition from prototype to full production.
Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional Wade Worx versions supporting other spool sizes will be introduced in future releases.
If you have a specific spool you plan to use, please contact us and we will help confirm compatibility where possible.
